Vacuum drying oven

Vacuum drying Ovens are widely applied in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, medical and health, agricultural scientific research, environmental protection, drying, baking powder, and all kinds of glass container disinfection and sterilization. Particularly suitable for the dry heat sensitive, easy to decompose, easy oxidation material and complex component objects processing fast and efficient drying treatment.

Product features

Shell: the whole machine is designed with static electricity. The outer shell is made of cold rolled steel plate and electrostatic spraying box, which has strong corrosion resistance.

Control panel: a color LCD screen displays temperature, time and other parameters.

Observation window: thickened tempered glass, large viewing window to clearly observe the entire working state.

Inner tank: 304 mirror stainless steel inner tank.

Partition: The tray is made of aluminum plate, which has good heat transfer effect.

Insulation layer: between the box and the studio, 5-7CM thick ceramic fiber cotton is filled, which has good insulation function, effectively ensuring the stable and accurate temperature in the box and the impact on the use environment.

Seal strip: our company independently molds silicone seal strip, the empty box is under pressure for more than 3 months.

Heating tube: stainless steel heating tube, surrounded by bundling inner tank heating, can easily disassemble the partition.

Intake valve/pump valve: the side is controlled by a new type of ball valve for easy operation.

Vacuum gauge: mechanical pointer vacuum gauge.

Vacuum drying chamber, also known as (vacuum drying chamber), is designed for foam removal of glue, silicone gel and other items, leakage of cosmetics and drying of heat-sensitive, decomposable and oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas to the interior, especially for some complex components can also be dried quickly.
