 A carbon dioxide incubator is an instrument that simulates the growth environment of cells/tissues within organisms inside the chamber, requiring a stable temperature of 37℃, a steady CO2 level of 5%, constant pH (pH: 7.2-7.4), and high relative humidity (95%) for in vitro cell/tissue culture. The carbon dioxide incubator is a critical piece of equipment essential for immunology, oncology, genetics, and biotechnology research, widely used in cell and tissue culture, as well as the cultivation of certain special microorganisms. It is commonly found in fields such as cell dynamics studies, collection of mammalian cell secretions, carcinogenic or toxic effects of various physical and chemical factors, antigen research and production, hybridoma cell culture for antibody production, in vitro fertilization (IVF), stem cells, tissue engineering, and drug screening.
