HIGH AUTOMATIC VACUUM DRYING OVEN
scope of applicatio
High vacuum fully automatic vacuum drying chamber, also known as (high vacuum fully automatic vacuum oven) is specially designed for defoaming of glue, silicone and other items, cosmetic side leakage, drying heat-sensitive, easy to decompose and oxidize substances. It can fill the inside with inert gas, especially some items with complex ingredients can also be quickly dried. It can save operators from frequent operation and other work.
Product features
Shell: The whole machine is designed to be thickened. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, which has strong corrosion resistance.
Control panel: 5-inch HD touch screen, display temperature, time and other parameters.
Observation window: thickened tempered glass, large viewing window to clearly see the whole working state
Inner tank: 304 mirror stainless steel inner tank, external reinforcement.
Partition: The tray is made of aluminum plate, which has good heat transfer effect.
Insulation layer: between the box and the studio, 5-7CM thick ceramic fiber cotton is filled,which has good insulation function, effectively ensuring the stable and accurate temperature in the box and the impact on the use environment.
Seal strip: our company independently molds silicone seal strip, the empty box is under pressure for more than 3 months.
Heating tube: stainless steel heating tube is used to heat inside the partition, which heats quickly and has stable uniformity.
Intake valve: the side adopts a new type of ball valve control, easy to operate.
Electrovalve: replace the traditional manual ball valve to prevent improper operation, vacuum pump back suction or oil leakage.
Pressure sensor: The pressure sensor uses stainless steel flat diaphragm to sense pressure, and the housing and diaphragm are integrated structure, small volume, stable and reliable performance.
